What equipment do you use?

We have invested thousands in our powerful van mounted machinery. With its 25hp engine it provides powerful suction and creates temperatures of up to 240*F (Steam)

How long does the carpet take to dry?

Drying times vary depending on a number of factors. Average drying time is usually 1-2 hours and you can walk on your carpets straight away. The carpet will only be damp to the touch.

Do you move the furniture?

Yes, our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, tables and smaller items. However we prefer if you can remove as much out of the room as possible. Such as small tables, chairs, and any other easy to remove items.

Are you fully insured?

Yes we have full comprehensive insurance including public liability and treatment risk.

How do you dispose of the dirty water?

With our van mounted machinery we have an on board waste tank. Whilst cleaning your property the dirty water is extracted to this and once job is complete it is taken away and disposed of correctly.

Are you a national company or franchise?

No, we are a family run business that have been trading since 2010. Unlike national companies we carry out all the work ourselves ensuring the best possible results every time and a personalised service for every customer.

What process do you use to clean carpets?

We are experienced in all methods of cleaning. The main carpet cleaning method we use is the ’hot water extraction’ method also referred to as ’steam cleaning’. Please visit our carpet cleaning process for more information.

How safe are your cleaning chemicals?

We use only the highest quality, safest cleaning solutions on the market. Our cleaning solutions are 100% child and pet friendly.

Are you a member of any trade organisations?

Yes we are a proud member of The National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA). We have also undergone a number of courses with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
